Here at CR Wireless we have developed our Loved Customer System with the customers' best interests in mind. We look after our customers and keep an eye on their use and remind them of services offered that would save them time and money through out their time with us. From pre-charging the phones to checking in with our customers periodically to see if they have any concerns and to make sure their devices are working in proper fashion, we are involved in and on top of everything.

The Greet Guest Progam

You will be greeted within 8 seconds of entering one of our locations. If we are busy in the store, we let you know how long we will be and see if you have a quick question or something more indepth.

The Unique Fitting Process

Each of our customer's needs are different and we have many plans, features and phones to choose from. We sit down and listen to what you tell us you need, and then ask our qualifying questions to mold a plan for you. We demonstrate the features of the phones and what the AT&T network has to offer, so our customers will leave our location with a solid working knowledge of our service.

The Jump Start Approach

We give our customers a running start as we charge our phones when we receive them and make sure they work properly, so we do not waste your time or ours. You phone will be fully active and charged when you leave our location.

The Information Profile

We print AT&T's Customer Service Summary for all our customers and go over the meaning of it with you. It explains your bill, why your first bill will be higher than your average bill, and what features and benefits are included in your plan and anything else about your AT&T service. We also will fill out your rebate forms and mark down exactly what is needed to be mailed in, so you will be certain that your rebate will be processed and received correctly.

The Appreciation Matrix

Shortly after your purchase from us, we follow up with you to thank you for your business. During this follow up call we also see if you have any questions about the phone, its use or its features. Through out the time you are with us we will periodically check in to see how everything is going. We warn you when you are coming up on the end warranty period to make sure the phone is in good working order, and we will let you know when you have entered into the new time frame where you could get a new phone at greatly discounted prices again.

We have 11 locations to serve you where you won't have to call an 800 number and talk to a machine. Our stores are very accessible with real people who will give you the same great experience in every store.

The Feel Important Solution

We go out of our way to help you. To the best of our ability we will work with you and the system to fill your needs. If we couldn't answer the your call, we will call you back the same day. If you are having any trouble with your handset or billing questions, we will call Customer Service, the Warranty Exchange Department or the Insurance Department for you to ensure a quick and correct solution to any problems you may have.
